RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview

If you are unhappy with the quality or content of our courses, please reach out to us at: chris@vesselharvest.com.  We value your feedback!

Our refund policy extends up to 30 calendar days from date of original purchase. Refunds and/or exchanges cannot be offered after this date. There are certain situations where refunds will not be given (even if within 30 days) or only partial refunds will granted:

  • CME credit has been awarded.
  • Certificate of completion has been awarded.
  • Videos have been accessed by multiple IP addresses (i.e. sharing log in information)
  • Any violation of our Terms of Use
  • Other issues not listed above, up to the discretion of Enlighten Medical Media, LLC.

Refunds

Once your refund is requested, we will evaluate internally and notify you in writing via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please verify with your bank first and contact us with any further questions.  Please note, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at chris@vesselharvest.com.

Sale Items and Discount Codes

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and courses purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded.
